MICRO TESE

One of the medical advances is Micro-TESE. it is a surgical procedure used to extract sperm in men with non-obstructive azoospermia (NOA). Sperm can be retrieved directly from the seminiferous tubules of a male’s testes. The procedure requires only a small incision in the midline of the scrotum and testes are explored under a high magnification microscope.
