Donor sperm is used in those couples, when the male partner is sterile and can't provide a sperm sample for IUI treatment, or dealing with a very poor semen analysis, or when there is a genetic problem in males. The donor sperm inserted into the needleless syringe and inject it into the cervix slowly. It takes 15- 20 minutes to complete the process.
